My New Ride

Category: Life of a Vet | Date: Jun 22 2008 | By: asuka

Apology for my long silence. Jim commented that I have not posted anything regarding my car. It came in good condition, but had one or two things to be repaired. Here is photo of my new ride!

It is wonderful to be able to drive around without fear of breaking down. Oh, by the way my Suzuki is retired in Nairobi following the arrival of the new car. However, it did manage to break down when I was in Nairobi the other day. Car was stalling because of clogged up oil filter (thanks to dirt in the shady petrol I brought at local village).

Asuka … your Rover looks good … when you get time, take some pics inside … did you try pantyhose to filter the water going into your tank? … did it keep the leaves and sticks out of the tank?

Keep Up the Good Work Daktari!!!…wishing all the best!

ummm…. pantyhose is one thing a cat owner will never wear, so could not find one to use it on my tank. I learnt my lesson on dirty village petrol, so my rover will never taste the local petrol! I will try to get the photo of car interior, it has many Maasai bracelets as decoration.

Asuka … well, borrow some from someone else and try them for a filter … you will see they work!
