My name is Dr. Asuka Takita and I work in collaboration with Mara Conservancy. My primary focus is in working with Maasai communities adjoining the Mara Triangle to improve their livelihood through providing veterinary services for their livestock but I am also working with them to alleviate human/wildlife conflict and the transference of disease between domestic animals and wildlife and vice versa.
